Where do you source your meat?

We primarily source our meat from local farms in Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and regional distributors who work with the same farmers. Our commitment to quality means we carefully select trusted, humane suppliers to ensure the best proteins for our customers.

Where do you ship?

 We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States. (We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam or Puerto Rico.)

Do you use any hormones or antibiotics?

No.

How long can meat last in the refrigerator?

 On average you should consume or freeze your (vacuum sealed) product within 7 days of its arrival.- Need a button that links to the rest of the FAQ

How can I tell if my meat arrived in good condition?

Your Meat will arrive either frozen hard due to the dry ice are a hard tempered chill of 45 degrees or below.

I am not happy with all or part of my order. What should I do?

Please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. We always do right by our customers. Our goal is to make sure you enjoy our meat as much as we do.

How do you handle returns?

Given the perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, contact customer service and we will work to make it right.

Is your product gluten free/preservative free? 

Yes always unless the product is clearly marked in the ingredient statement.

Are your manufacturing and production facilities allergen-free?

We have a well define allergen policy. We do on a rare occasion make products with soy, dairy and even rarer gluten. But when we do all other production for the day is complete before we start.

Do you use natural or artificial smoke on your products?

We use only Hickory Chips for our smoking.

Where can I find the Expiration Date on the Package?

The “best by” date can be found on the film that encases our products.
