As a USDA-certified meat producer, we provide custom processing services for farmers. Bring your cows and pigs to us, and we'll process them with the highest quality standards, allowing you to scale your business and offer premium meat products directly to your customers.

FAMILIES
We offer the option for our customers to purchase Quarter, Half, or Whole Cows or Pigs, and we can process them to your specifications. Whether you're looking for custom cuts or specialized processing, we’ll ensure your meat is handled with the highest standards in quality and care.

We specialize in creating custom white-label products to help wholesalers expand their product offerings. BEEF
Beef Processing
We offer custom beef cuts including whole, half, and quarter beef. All beef is aged a minimum of 14 days prior to cutting. We sell locally raised beef, custom cut to your specifications. Order Quarter, Half, or Whole Cow For example, a quarter of beef is approximately 200 lbs of meat and could be processed as follows

PORK PROCESSING
Conger Meat Market is a USDA federally inspected meat processing plant in Conger, MN that has been operating since 1935. We are committed to providing our customers with great tasting products and service they can trust!
- Order Half, Whole or Custom Cuts per ½ hog.
- Standard Cuts Included (per ½ hog)
- Bone-in Pork Chops – ~20 chops, ¾” thick
- Spare Ribs – 1 rack
- Shoulder Roasts – 4 roasts, ~3 lbs each
- Ham – 1 ham (choose to have it smoked or made into roasts), ~15-20 lbs average
- Pork Belly – 1 slab (~10 lbs) for bacon
- Trim for Additional Products – ~10-15 lbs available for further processing, choose 1-2 option from the table to the right per ½ hog order
VENISON
VENISON PROCESSING
We offer expert venison processing, turning your harvested deer into premium cuts, sausages, and specialty products, all crafted with the same care and quality as our farm-raised meats.
We are currently only accepting clean packaged trim. A deposit of $50.00 per trim order is required. Deposits are non-refundable.
